I've heard that 3rd party insurance pays fairly quickly, but I'm not sure why they paid the full amount rather than simply for the one item which was damaged in transit. Lucky you! This has made it more difficult to get a feel for individual shop and online sales trends. There is a lot going on in the world right now. This will always effect retail in some way.
